Outlaw Horsemanship LLC

Taylor Richardson grew up in the small town of Columbus, Montana and has been riding horses for as long as she can remember. Sharing the same admiration and love for horses as her mother, Meghan, they have been pursuing natural horsemanship since Taylor was young.

Taylor and Meghan started attending Buck Brannaman's clinics in 2012 when Taylor was 7. Since then, they have both ridden with Buck in his clinics.

Being homeschooled, Taylor was able to study equine science and enjoy more time in the saddle riding several different types of horses. From a naughty little pony named Snot, to big drafts and draft crosses, she’s just about rode them all. However, mustangs are her favorite to work with. Taylors fascination with mustangs started at a very young age and she has taken in and owned several since Meghan adopted their 1st mustang, Ace, in 2019.

Taylor graduated highschool in June of 2023. Since then, she has spent time in Northern Idaho riding several young horses in the arena, on the trails, and out moving cows.

In December of 2023- February 2024, she worked on a guest ranch in Montana riding troubled horses and giving them “tune-ups”.

In February of 2024, Taylor started her horse training business, Outlaw Horsemanship LLC, where she offers quality colt starting, tune-ups, and help for troubled horses.

Taylor is currently working towards growing her horsemanship skills and knowledge, building on to her facilities, and becoming certified in equine massage, k-taping, and red light/cold laser therapy.

Her main focus is to continue to offer quality, gentle horses with good minds and solid foundations to take in any direction.

Taylor takes pride knowing that each horse that she sends home has a great foundation laid out to continue to be built on, so that the horses can do whatever job is asked of them and do it well. Whether that's trail riding, roping cattle on the ranch, or putting them in the arena. Taylor also has the future goal to train and sell quality horses with a more specific ranch, cutting, and reining focus in mind.

When she isn't working horses, Taylor can be found reading books, working on her truck, or slinging coffees at the local coffee shop. In her spare time, she's probably out riding more horses with her mom and sister.
